There are multiple bra sizing standards. We will mostly discuss US and EU (also know as International).

Alter the cup size when changing the ring size
The most common mistake women brand is ownership bras with too large bra bands. The back up and lift should come mainly from the bra band. The weight of the bosom should be carried by the band, not past the shoulder straps. If the bra band is too large, it will not provide proper back up. If the cups fit your bust but the bra band size has to exist changed, yous will also need to change the loving cup size. For instance, if you modify from US 36D (EU 80D) to The states 34D (European union 75D) and then the cup will experience smaller (since a D-loving cup in 75D is smaller than a D-cup in 80D).
